Ja, ob es Grasser erwischen wird.Meine Antwort: Bei allem Staunen über den Umgang des ehemaligen Finanzministers mit grenzlegalen Sachverhalten würde es mich dennoch wundern, wenn man ihm eines Tages riesige Summen mit dubioser Herkunft zuordnen könnte.
Solche Deals laufen unter intelligenten Menschen anders: Da wird nicht einmal ausgesprochen, dass für eine Leistung eine Gegenleistung erwartet wird. Bestenfalls ein tiefer Blick, ein kleines Lächeln. Und die allfällige Gegenleistung zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt steht in keinem nachweisbaren Zusammenhang mit der anderen Story. Bei einem Verhör kann wahrheitsgemäß versichert werden, dass niemals Geld bezahlt wurde. Falls es Grasser erwischte, dann eher, weil er irgendwann irgendwo ein paar tausend Euro bekommen und dann wohl auch nicht versteuert hätte. Ein großer Unterschied zu einer Einladung auf ein Jacht besteht da ja nicht, ein juristischer Unterschied allerdings schon.
Es gilt die Unschuldsvermutung. Und die Vermutung, dass Grasser intelligent war.

Wenn es um Grasser geht, wird der Gesprächsverlauf automatisch auf seine Fiona
ausgedehnt und unter vorgehaltener Hand wird speziell in vorwiegendd weiblichen “Insiderkreisen” alles mögliche getuschelt und erzählt. Dabei geht es zumeist nur um lächerliche Begebenheiten auf den Nebengeleisen der Politik. Nun ist es aber so weit, dass jeder Mensch, der nur einigermassen logisch denken kann und weiß, dass das Zufallsprinzip in der Wahrscheinlichkeit gerne Sprünge macht, aber sich diese nicht pausenlos wiederholen, dass nunmehr ganz andere Dinge in den Vordergrund gelangen. Dinge, die gewaltig zum Himmel stinken und das ewig freundliche Lächeln dieses charmanten und seinerzeit so in den Himmel gelobten Wunderwuzzi zum Erfrieren bringen. Da helfen auch seine Beteuerungen nicht über die faulen Tatsachen hinweg, dass es Verbindungen zu den Meischberger`schen Verbindungsgeflechten noch und nocch gegeben hat. ich bin überzeugt und man wird es ja sehen, dass hierr (falls die Untersuchungen korrekt durchgeführt werden) ein riesiger Sumpf hervorkommen wird, und zwar in einer Dimension von ungeahntem Ausmass.
Aber vielleicht gibt es wieder einmal Untersuchungsgremien, die ausser einem enormen Spesenaufwand nichts bringen.

ich bin überzeugt daß Grasser schuldg ist.alles was grasser gemacht hat war meiner meinung nach,mir provisionen in mill.höhe verbunden.hier wurde gezielt abgezogt.das österreichisch volk wurde bestohlen.heider-grasser-meischberger-partie hat unvorstellbaren diebstahl begangen,aber es gilt die unschuldsvermutung…. und der war lt.schüssel ,der beste finanzminister aller zeiten….für wen frage ich mich? wer hatte da noch mitgeschnitten bei schwarz-blau?
ich bin fest davon überzeugt daß Grasser schuldig ist.aber diese Geldgierigen Menschen im Dunstkreis des Ex-Finanzministers werden drotzdem ungeschoren davonkommen,weil viel zu viele Andere mit geschnitten haben.Aber,für diese Menschen gilt die Unschuldsvermutung.Diese Prozesse dauern ja jahrelang,und die Zeit arbeitet für diese Abkassierer.
Capone wurde auch nur wegen Steuerhinterziehung verurteilt …
KHG ist selbst wohl eher der Unverwundbarkeitsvermutung erlegen. Die kann sich dann doch mitunter negativ auf die Intelligenz und damit auch auf die Unschuld und deren Vermutung auswirken. ;-)
