Public Relations – Die Angst geht um, seit im Vorjahr ein strengeres Antikorruptionsgesetz verabschiedet wurde. Helga Rabl-Stadler, Präsidentin der Salzburger Festspiele, fürchtet um ihre Hauptsponsoren Uniqa und Siemens. Diese überdenken ihre Engagements, weil an politische Würdenträger verschenkte Festspiel-Tickets als versuchte Bestechung interpretiert werden könnten. Im Gegensatz zu Beamten gelten diese Korruptionsrichtlinien für Journalisten nicht. Es gibt keine klar festgelegten Regeln, wo das “Anfüttern” von Journalisten beginnt.
In gewissen Fällen ist allerdings klar, wo es sich damit aufhört.
Einen vermeintlichen PR-Coup landete nun eine Salzburger Agentur im Namen ihres Klienten Novag Immobilien Development AG. Kennen Sie nicht? Es handelt sich dabei um die Betreibergesellschaft des Wiener “Saunaclubs” Goldentime (Stichwort: Saunaaffäre). Das Etablissement, das laut versandter Hochglanzbroschüre von “mehr als 50 internationalen Top-Mädchen” frequentiert wird, plant Großes. Um “auch über Österreich hinaus” wachsen zu können, wird eine zu zwölf Prozent im Jahr verzinste Anleihe begeben. Offenbar waren sich die Saunaclub-Betreiber nicht so ganz sicher, ob das Unterfangen in der Fachpresse (“Wall Street Journal”? “ÖKM”?) auch entsprechend akklamiert werden würde. Der Presseaussendung wurde gleich einmal ein “Eintrittsgutschein” im Wert von 80 Euro beigelegt.
Offenbar wollten die schlauen PR-Berater allerdings um keinen Preis mit kleinlichen Standesregeln in Zusammenhang mit Geschenkannahme in Konflikt geraten. Auf dem Puff-Bon ist jedenfalls unmissverständlich festgehalten: “Dieser Gutschein ist nicht in bar ablösbar.”

Thank goodness for the E-cig!!! I have smoked regular cigarettes for 30 years and have never been able to quit. I have tried everything on the market: Chantex, nicotene patches, inhalers everything- without any luck. I did quit for 2 months before with patches but with e-cigs, I have been quit for 4 months with no interest in going back! I just hope the FDA leaves us alone because I use them as a replacement and they have to be alot better to utilize than regular cigarettes-health wise!!
