Der Gesundheitsminister ist an dem Anschlag auf die wohlerworbenen Rechte verdienter Mitbürger unschuldig, medizinische Überlegungen spielten bei der Entscheidung keine Rolle. Der einzige Grund: Kuba muss sparen.
